About Me

My name is Karen Garcia-Valdivia, BSN, RN,  Certified Lactation Specialist, NICU mom, single mom, and the kind of nurse who will cheer you on, answer your late-night questions, and remind you that you're doing an amazing job even on the hard days! I founded Kinflow Lactancia LLC to provide the kind of compassionate, expert care I wish I’d had during my own journey.

As someone who had to navigate almost 5 years of infertility, the NICU, post partum depression, post partum anxiety, and feeding struggles, I KNOW that the transition into parenthood can feel exciting, beautiful, emotional, overwhelming, and exhausting all at the same time! 

That experience is what inspired me to support other families - especially first-time parents and NICU families - with compassionate, judgement-free care that makes everyone feel seen, heard, and supported.
